Phone Services (UK)
You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to call any numbers listed on this site.
Calls to 0906 numbers cost £1.10 per minute plus your network access charge. The service is for over 18s only. All calls are recorded.
Please listen to the prompts on the call to determine the package that you wish to dial. If you are using the credit card service, at the end of your call you will be given the option to extend the consultation. We will ask you to confirm your name and DOB when you first interact with our service. By sending a message to our service, you are automatically opted in to receive promotional messages. You can opt out of these at any point by sending LSTOP to 84848.
SMS Services (Ireland)
Email readings are sent to the customer within 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays which may take longer. We cannot answers questions on Health, Pregnancy, Legal or Financial matters. All payments are made via PayPal.

In the event that Allstar Psychics receive a chargeback from a customer, who has legitimately used the service as per the terms and conditions, then Allstar Psychics will pursue the customer to retrieve the monies owed for the reading. We also reserve the right to bar customers from the use of our services, should a chargeback be made against us.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION DETAILS
After the Entry Period has closed, one entrant from all of the valid entries will be selected by automated random draw and will be contacted by the phone number provided with their entry. This may be live on Facebook Live or displayed on the Website. All callers are randomly selected in the same way and any off-air recording will only ever take place after the entries have closed.
In order to win the Competition, the number called must be answered within 5 rings. The 5 rings will be judged according to the Promoters audio recording (for the avoidance of doubt the sound of a "ring ring" shall count as one ring, not two).
If someone other than the entrant answers the entrant's phone on their behalf when called, if the circumstances are deemed safe to do so by the Promoter (in their reasonable opinion) then the Promoter may (but is not obliged to) ask the individual to pass the phone to the entrant. If this happens, the correct entrant must be on the phone with the Promoter within 30 seconds of the request being made in order for the entrant to take part in the competition. If the entrant is not available after this time then we will terminate the call and the entrant will be ineligible to win. For clarity, should any person other than the entrant answer the call and enter the competition they are not eligible to enter or win either on their own behalf or on behalf of an entrant. If, after an entrant has won, it becomes apparent or we have reasonable reason to suspect that the individual who entered the competition was not the correct entrant, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and withdraw any prize paid or payable to them or the individual. We reserve the right to terminate the call at any time if we believe it may be unsafe or irresponsible for the entrant to take the call or be passed the phone by another person, for example if the entrant is driving and cannot safely stop safely to take the call. Where a call is answered by someone other than the entrant, we are not obliged to ask to speak to the entrant and we reserve the right to terminate the call and draw another entrant of the competition.
If the entrant is not in a position to enter for any reason (e.g. not answering phone, the call being diverted to voicemail, or if an entrant is driving) then their entry into the competition will become invalid, and another entrant will be called.
If you are selected, you will be required to talk to the Promoter and your call will be recorded and played on the Website (assuming there is no breach by you of these terms and conditions). If the call is unclear or inaudible due to a poor signal or for any other reason, you will not be eligible to win and we accept no liability in respect of this.
The entrant will not win the Prize should they:
- fail to answer the phone at all; or
- fail to answer the phone within five rings (according to the Promoters audio); or
- be disconnected for any reason beyond our control for a second time.
If the call is disconnected for any reason beyond our control after the entrant has answered, we will attempt a single call back within 60 seconds of the call being disconnected. If however, the entrant does not answer the call back within 5 rings, or the call is disconnected for any reason beyond our control for a second time, the entrant will be ineligible to win and we accept no liability in respect of this.
If entrants appear in the judgement of the Promoters and/or adjudicators to be driving illegally, they will not be eligible to win. All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or awarding of prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
ITEM 6: DRAW DETAILS
For the avoidance of doubt, any entries received before or after the End Date (as stated above) will be invalid but you may still be charged.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
You can enter each draw a maximum of 30 times via SMS (including free entries) throughout the duration of the competition (maximum total cost of £30) and a maximum of 30 times via a postal route. Entrants must obtain permission from the bill payer before texting to enter the Competition.
The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom, (ii) are not one of our employees (or living with, or related to, one of our employees) and (iii) are not one the employees of any company associated with the competition (or living with, or related to, one of the employees).
Entrants are only able to win a single prize throughout the duration of this Competition. There is no limit on the value of a single prize that may be provided to the individual winner of a Competition. However, no person may win more than one prize valued at £500 or more via any of our Competitions in any six (6) month period. A winner may continue to receive SMS messages in relation to the Competition and invitations to enter the Competition. For the avoidance of doubt, a winner should not enter the Competition again if they have already won in the previous six (6) months as they are ineligible to win. If a previous winner is drawn at random in a subsequent competition or subsequent round of the same competition, they will be disqualified, and another entrant will be drawn at random. If it emerges after a winner has been awarded a Prize that they are a previous winner, in breach of these terms and conditions, they will be excluded and the Prize shall not be paid to them. If the Prize has already been paid, this must be returned immediately upon request.
In addition to previous winners, family relations of, or those living at the same residential address as previous winners of this contest are ineligible to enter.
ITEM 8: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS
You can enter the Competition by sending an SMS message starting with the keyword LILLY to 84901. If your message does not start with the valid keyword(s), or is not sent to the valid number, it will not be entered into the draw. You will receive an automated SMS response to your SMS message confirming your entry. You can also enter via post, by sending a letter with the following details;

To be eligible to enter, you must write the date of the competition that you are entering, the name and the Keyword to the postal address within 3 days of the end of the competition.
You are responsible for all costs associated with entering this competition. Texts cost £1.00 (from the UK) + standard network rate. You must have permission from the bill payer before sending. You are responsible for all costs associated with entering by Postal route, including the cost of the stamp purchase.
Once you've sent an entry text, you'll receive an auto-response confirming your entry. You will then have the chance to text: WIN to 84901, again (at a further cost of £1.00 + standard network rate) and you will be entered 2 more times - your '3rd' entry being free. You must do this before the closing time of each daily draw, otherwise, you will not be eligible for your '3rd' entry being free.
Entrants must enter during the Entry Periods of the Competition. Any entries received outside of the Entry Periods will not be entered but may still be charged. The Promoter or the Provider is not responsible for any latency experience or technical fault by your mobile phone network, which may delay or prevent the delivery of your text message to us.
For clarity, each competition Round is separate and the entry pool will be re-set after the conclusion of each Round (i.e. after there has been a winner), meaning that entrants would be required to enter again for any future draws or Rounds if they wished to be entered into the Competition again.
ITEM 9: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
Entrants who are randomly selected to win the Competition, will be contacted personally within 7 days after the Entry Period as stated above closes. By entering the Competition, you are automatically consenting to being called live on the Website (where a call is not recorded off-air) and having your name announced on the Website.
The name of the winner may also be posted on the Promoter's website and / or social media platforms after they have been announced.
ITEM 10: PRIZE DETAILS
The Prize will always be a cash amount that will be delivered to a winner paid in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque.
Delivery or payment of the Prize is subject to the winner providing personal identification and / or proof of address and to internal compliance checks. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Payment of the Prize may take up to 28 days.
Where, it emerges after the Prize has been awarded that the entrant was in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from that winner and they will not be entitled to any further reward or remuneration. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who breach our terms and conditions from entering our competitions.
ITEM 11: DATA PROTECTION

We will sometimes (at our discretion) telephone entrants and ask them to speak live on the Website. You have the right to refuse. If you consent, your voice will be recorded and you consent to this recording being used on our Social Channels and our Website. You agree that we will own this recording and that a copy of it will be stored for further exploitation, which may include promotion. You will not be put through to speak live if we think you are driving, intoxicated, likely to swear, or otherwise offend our listeners. Whilst live, for the purposes of this competition you must not use foul language, swear, say or do anything defamatory or illegal or say or do anything which would damage the reputation of the Promoter or the Provider, is offensive or inappropriate or which would cause us, or our listeners, harm. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and if you have won the prize, this will be forfeited.
ITEM 13: OTHER CONDITIONS
We will only accept entries that comply with our terms and conditions and we may disqualify you if we know or suspect that you have breached them. Our decision on the selection of the winner is final and we won't engage in any correspondence or discussion about this or about the operation of this competition. We are not responsible for any network or technical issues you experience, such as latency of your mobile phone network, which may delay or prevent your participation or cause you to lose the competition if on-air. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this competition if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
